“The return of our beloved potatoes is just the first step in showing our fans the strong continued commitment to vegetarian we are making this year,” Matthews stated (via Comic Book). “We have long been a leader in the vegetarian space, but this year, we have more meatless options in store that vegetarians, veggie-curious and even meat-eaters will love.”
Quesalupa
The Quesalupa, a quesadilla-chalupa mashup, will be even cheesier than you may remember as the item hasn’t been seen on the menu since 2016. This fan favorite is a blend of signature Taco Bell flavors: Seasoned beef, crispy lettuce, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
"Worth the drive" is an understatement. The Quesalupa is back at Taco Bell.

“Our customers raved about the cheese filled chalupa shell in its first debut, so when the quesalupa began its return journey back to our nationwide menus, we knew we needed to perfect that cheesy experience — one that will be consistent for every guest and every bite,” Taco Bell’s global chief food innovation officer, Liz Matthews, stated in a news release (via USA Today).
