Here’s How to Register to Get the COVID-19 Vaccine at Ford Field
Eligible Southeast Michigan residents can now schedule a vaccine at Ford Field.
Starting March 22, anyone age 50 and older in Michigan will be eligible to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Then, starting April 5, anyone age 16 and older will be able to schedule a shot.
To register for a vaccine at Ford Field, residents may go online at clinic.meijer.com/register/CL2021, or text End COVID to 75049.
Michiganders who don’t have access to the internet or need help may use the MDHHS COVID-19 Hotline to register at at 888-535-6136 (press 1). Call times are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday or Sunday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. Expect long wait times.
The vaccine will be offered for free, and health insurance is not required. Free parking will also be available at the vaccination site.
