Detroit is expanding COVID-19 vaccine eligibility in the city to all residents ages 16 and up.
Mayor Duggan has announced that starting today (March 29), Detroit is expanding COVID-19 vaccine eligibility in the city to all residents ages 16 and older.
Eligible residents and workers may call 313-230-0505 to set up an appointment at the TCF Center.
Detroit will also be administering Johnson & Johnson vaccine at the Northwest Activities Center at 18100 Meyers from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday (April 3). J&J is a one-dose vaccine. Interested residents may request the J&J vaccine when they call to make an appointment.
As more J&J vaccines get delivered to Detroit, they will increase the hours of operation at the Northwest Activities Center as an additional vaccine site, according to a release.
Those eligible for a vaccine include any Detroiter age 16 or older and any worker working a jobsite in the City of Detroit.
