The 36th annual Gospel Music Awards are upon us, and the Detroit Youth Choir is part of the fun.

The Detroit Youth Choir and Anthony White are nominated for a Stellar Award for Youth Project of the Year for “Glory.” Congratulations!

The Gospel Music Awards is the longest running Black televised award show, according to a release. The show will be pre-recorded at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, on Saturday, July 10.

This year’s show theme is “Lighting the Way with our Faith, Music & Family.” It will air in national TV broadcast syndication from Aug. 7 to Sept. 5.
