If you are a gym goer that uses a workout supplement, you'll want to avoid "dry scooping".

The latest TikTok trend shows users putting a scoop of workout supplement (powder form) in their mouth then chasing it with a liquid. Why does it always seem like the kids are finding new, dangerous trends to try? It's a major reason why I tend to shy away from TikTok trends!

Anyway, back to why this is dangerous. Due to the powder not being diluted, it enters your bloodstream quicker and releases the supplements immediately. The supplements typically include caffeine and several other products that causes instant adrenaline and causes your heart to skyrocket.
