Drake Bell Pleads Guilty to Attempted Child Endangerment, Faces Up to 2 Years in Prison!
No, not my childhood hero! I mean, not really but I loved watching “Drake and Josh” growing up!
According to People Magazine, Drake Bell pled guilty to two charges against him during a Wednesday hearing.
Bell who played Drake Parker on the show Drake & Josh was arrested and charged in Cleveland with attempted endangerment to children and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles earlier this month, according to court documents obtained by People Magazine.
Drake originally pleaded not guilty but he has since agreed to a plea deal and said he was guilty of both charges during a virtual court appearance on Wednesday.
The judge said, “Attempted endangering children carries a sentence of anywhere from six to 18 months in prison in monthly increments and/or a fine of up to $5,000, though prison time is not mandatory. The second charge carries up to six months in jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000.”
Apparently, this incident occurred around 2017 and it involved a 15 year old girl. This also came a year later after his ex-girlfriend accused him of physical and verbal abuse.
Yikes! Is his career over?
