‘Arthur’ ending after 25 years!
Damn, the show that I watched every day as a kid is ending after a 25-year run! Say goodbye to Arthur.
The show’s screenwriter, Kathy Waugh made the announcement on the “Finding DW” podcast.
The show was centered around Arthur the aardvark and his sister D.W.
The final season will reportedly debut in the winter of 2022.
However, according to WXYZ, the show’s executive producer, Carol Greenwald, told NPR that the show will still be available on PBS KIDS.
Arthur is the longest-running children’s animated series in the U.S.
What a run!
