An intimate docuseries on the 15-time Grammy-winning artist, Alicia Keys, drops Thursday. NOTED: Alicia Keys The Untold Stories will be a four-part docuseries that shows the award-winning singer in her most vulnerable state, creating music.

"When I'm making music, I'm exposing all of my secrets, and I'm very uncomfortable being exposed — but I guess not so much anymore," Keys says in the clip per PEOPLE.

The singer is also shedding light on other aspects of her life that have had an influence on her, like motherhood, the absence of her father, and defining what it means to be a woman without compromise.

"Because on this journey that I'm on — as an artist, as a mother, as a wife, I'm always fighting not to sacrifice any part of myself for success."

All four episodes of Noted: Alicia Keys The Untold Stories will premiere for free globally Sept. 30 on Keys' YouTube Channel.
