CHICAGO, ILLINOIS - MARCH 26: Actor Jussie Smollett leaves the Leighton Courthouse after his court appearance on March 26, 2019 in Chicago, Illinois. This morning in court it was announced that all charges were dropped against the actor. (Photo by Nuccio DiNuzzo/Getty Images)

Jussie Smollett spilled some high octane tea as he took the stand in his defense of false reporting crimes.

In a Chicago courtroom on Monday, Smollett’s attorney asked about his relationship with a key prosecution witness, Abimbola Osundairo.

Last week, Osundario said Smollett paid him and his brother to carry out the alleged fake attack that Jussie reported as a hate crime.

On the stand, Smollett said he and Osundario met at a club, did cocaine and weed, went to a bathhouse, and became intimate with each other. Even if that DID happen, what’s that have to do with you paying homeboy?!

Experts think the defense is trying to build a case against Osundario and his brother to attack Smollett themselves. Smollett’s team has already tried to paint Osundario’s older brother as a homophobe.

This is only going to get more interesting. Grab the popcorn!
