I-75 in Michigan to Close in Both Directions This Weekend – Here’s Where
I-75 seems to always have some areas where there’s construction, and this weekend is no exception.
Specifically, I-75 in Southwest Detroit will close this weekend, due to construction on the Michigan Interchange of the Gordie Howe International Bridge.
Officials state that I-75 will close in both directions from Springwells to Clark St. starting at 11 p.m. Friday. It will remain closed until Monday morning.
In addition, the Vernor Highway on-ramp to southbound I-75 and Ambassador Bridge on-ramp to southbound I-75 will close.
