Drake Snippet Leaks, New Music Rumored to Drop This Summer
Is there new music from Drake on the way?
A rumor has been going around that Drake might be dropping something sometime this summer. After a snippet of a new song was passed around on TikTok over the weekend, signs are pointing to at least one new song that could be arriving.
Drake hasn’t dropped any solo songs in 2022 thus far but has hopped on Future’s No. 1 song “Wait For You” featuring Tems and “I’m On You.” Drizzy also assisted Jack Harlow on “Churchill Downs” and began the year with Gunna’s “P Power.”
The Toronto rapper’s last album was Certified Lover Boy which dropped last year and had all 21 songs land within the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Of those 21 tracks, nine of them were in the top 10. Drake was the first artist ever to claim as many as nine of the top 10 positions in a single frame on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
