Ricky Martin Wins In Court After Nephew Dismisses Claims of Affair, Harassment

It was a strange situation that had a lot of Ricky Martin fans looking at the Living La Vida Loca singer sideways!

Martin's 21 year old nephew brought charges against the singer claiming they were in a 7 month sexual relationship and it ended after Martin allegedly became abusive and harassed his nephew.

The charges were thrown out in court after Martin's nephew withdrew his claims.
