With prices going up, more people are opting for Netflix and chill vs. a night on the town.

A study from TheBalance.com found that 90% of people on the dating scene are changing things up due to price inflation.

44% say they’re going on fewer dates, while 40% say they’re more likely to suggest free activities.  Another 34% say they’d rather meet someone virtually instead of in-person.

So the question is, if you’re going out for a date, do you expect dinner? I feel like dinner is the easiest setting to get to know someone. I mean, sure, you could go for a walk but I love food!

I feel like I haven’t been going on dates more so because the kids are on summer vacation, not so much because of financial reasons. I don’t want to pay for everyone! It’s expensive to go out!
