Chlöe and Latto Call Out Unreliable Men On ‘For The Night’
Chlöe has joined forces with fellow Atlanta native Latto on “For The Night,” a new song and music video released this Friday (October 28). The singer first previewed the single along with two others back in May.
Chlöe asked fans about their thoughts on the video, which she directed. Clearly, many of them love it. One Twitter user said, “I just made the song 10/10. You gave us real r&b.” Another wrote, “you and latto were giving ‘girl’ by destiny’s child.” One person commented, “Choreography, story, emotion, relatable and then the mix of live performances and behind the scenes footage with the music vide *chefs kiss* and girl the background vocals yessss! I’m trying to learn the dance lol.” Another person said, “For the Night is the best song Chloe’s released, and it’s not close.” Another Twitter user said the singer “cemented herself as an r&b IT girl.”

The music video starts off with FaceTiming her funnyman beau Druski, who keeps calling a clearly frustrated Chlöe “mama” and “mami.” She gets increasingly upset as she sees her man commenting on pictures of other women on social media.
Just like her music videos for “Have Mercy” (which dropped last September) and “Treat Me“(April), the singer showed off her amazing dancing skills once again in “For The Night.” Meeting up with Latto before doing a real performance together, Chlöe tells Latto that Druski has got her “f—ed up.” After putting herself first with a successful performance and being supported by her loved ones, Druski’s flower delivery ends up in the trash — where he belongs.
Fans on Twitter thought the music video was more authentic with her inclusion of the behind-the-scenes addition. ”
