Latto Trends After 130 Of Her Songs Leak
Latto began trending Monday night (Nov. 21) after over 100 songs were leaked onto social media. The Georgia-raised artist replied to the leak with a tweet that read “Trending [kissy face emoji]” attached with several photos of the singer.

Fans went into a frenzy when the 130-pack leaked. There was particular excitement for the reference tracks for Coi Leray’s “Blick Blick” and BIA’s “Whole Lotta Money.” It’s possible that Latto was originally considered for the beats for the aforementioned songs. She may have been considered as a guest on those tracks. Or, she may have been playing around with the songs for fun.
Twiiter noticed that several of the tracks featured rapper and songwriter London Jae. Fans thought Jae wrote BIA’s “Whole Lotta Money” hit entirely but the Massachusetts native clarified Jae’s involvement in a tweet.
“No London jae wrote the hook, I wrote the pre and verse it’s not rocket science,” the rapper said.
The leak hit the timeline right fans were begging for Latto to release a song called “Nasty.” She previewed on her TikTok as she twerked in a hottub. She later shared the TikTok video to Twitter writing,”Y’all making me regret scrapping these songs.” The record was her rendition of Lil Ru’s “The Nasty Song.”

Besides the leaking of her unreleased music and the possible tease of a new track, the rapper has been getting accolades for her impressive work this year. She was the opening performance for Lizzo’s 2022 Special tour and will be joining Lizzo again with new dates coming in 2023. The rapper also received her first Grammy nominations for Best New Artist and Best Melodic Rap Performance for the live version of “Big Energy.”
