Jared Goff Buys $10.5 Million Home – But It’s Not in Michigan
Congratulations are in order for Jared Goff of the Detroit Lions. The quarterback just purchased a $10.5 million home. But, it’s not in Michigan. I’m sure he has a nice pad in Michigan, though, so don’t worry.
Jared Goff Buys $10.5 Million Home:
Goff just purchased a Manhattan Beach, California, home that was previously owned by Danny Zuker of the popular television series “Modern Family.” This home is massive. It’s 5,725 square feet and features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, according to Dirt.com. Reportedly, the closing took place this spring, but it’s just now becoming public. According to writer Wendy Bowman of Dirt.com, “Records show Goff paid ‘Modern Family’ executive producer Danny Zuker and his photographer wife Annette Lombardi the exact asking price of $10.5 million for the French Country-style spread, which was just hoisted up for rent at $30,000 per month.” The outlet also notes that this home was previously owned by MLB pitcher Ken Brett and even occupied by Shaquille O’Neill early on in his Lakers career.
So, what kind of fun stuff does this new home offer? “Outdoors, the landscaped grounds host a pool and spa surrounded by a sundeck, along with a pool house, fire-pit lounge area, and bar and barbecue station,” Dirt.com states. “There’s also attached garage space for three vehicles.” That sounds like an amazing place to live.
As for other homes, Goff reportedly also owns another home in California located in Hermosa Beach and property in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. So, Goff can obviously be close to the Lions whenever he’s needed. But, I don’t blame him for having a place in California when it gets cold here. Michigan winters are brutal. Also, Goff is from California, so he should have a place back at home. In other news, Goff is starting his third season with the Detroit Lions, and he’s getting NFL respect.
