Detroit Choirs Have The Chance To Sing at Fox Theater This Holiday Season

They’ve done this in the past and now they’re doing it again. 313 Presents is looking for local choirs and glee clubs to enhance their family-friendly productions and holiday concerts at the Fox Theater. Choirs will have the opportunity to perform acapella sets on the big grand staircase to set the mood for the holiday shows. Plus, members of all of the selected choirs will receive discounts on the main floor tickets for the shows. You do have to register by Wednesday November 1st. Drake Gives Away a Vacation to Fans at Show

As predicted, more signs at Drake’s shows. He was in Atlanta and saw a sign that led to him hooking up a couple that supposedly canceled their honey moon to go to the show. Are all these signs for real? Or are people making stuff up hoping Drake sees them and hooks them up with a gift? I don’t know. Maybe I’m just jealous. 39th Ryder Cup Gala

Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake have been friendly since at least the 39th Ryder Cup gala in 2012. The two have opened a sports bar together in New York.

I’m kind of shocked by this. Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods have opened up a new sports bar in New York City called T-Squared Social. I was like, are they friends? Because I didn’t know that they were new each other like that to be business partners. The place will have craft cocktails and alcoholic mocktails and draft domestic and international beers. Plus, a large selection of wines. And then they’re going to have some food, like typical sandwiches and salads and flatbread stuff like that. It also has a full swing golf simulator, which makes sense, duck pin bowling, darts, sports on over 35 television. And they say there’s a 200-inch flat screen TV, which is second largest to the one in Time Square.

Growing a beard is a hard thing to do if you aren’t genetically blessed. Even still, some beards don’t grow in full until some men are well into adulthood. Beards used to have a stigma attached to them: you were unprofessional, dirty, aggressive, or even threatening. In modern times, that stigma still exists for more conservative professions, like the armed forces or in the healthcare field. Celebrities often change their look for a role, shaving or growing out their hair or facial hair. Some famous people are known for their signature beards, and when shaved off, look completely unrecognizable!

Regardless of the beard length or style, as long as it is well-groomed, rocking a beard can be a nice change. According to the American Academy of Dermatology Association, if you want a healthy-looking beard, you need to take care of the skin beneath it. The right skin care can prevent problems like acne, beard dandruff, and itch. It is important to wash your face and beard daily, otherwise, dirt, oils, germs, pollution, and dead skin cells that build up on your beard can clog your pores and irritate your skin. Next is moisturizing your skin and beard. Though this may seem like unnecessary steps, this will help soften your skin and beard hairs. Plus, why progress aging?

Beards add contrast and dimension to your face. Since not everyone’s faces are shaped the same, there are different styles that look better on some people and not others. For those with square-shaped faces, goatees are better suited. Those with rounder faces should opt for beards fuller in length on the chin. For oval-shaped heads, when it comes to facial hair or the hair on top of your head, any style would look great.
