Jeannie Mai Claims In Divorce Docs That Jeezy Cheated
Jeannie Mai is reportedly accusing Jeezy of cheating on her in response to his divorce filing back in September.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Mai’s lawyer writes, “Wife reserves the right to amend this counterclaim to add other grounds for divorce, but which Wife does not wish to specify herein at this time in the hope this matter can be resolved without having to disclose such conduct publicly.”
“Wife further shows that the Court should enforce Paragraph 8 of the Prenuptial Agreement regarding infidelity which provides, in pertinent part, that in the event that either party engages in sexual relations, an emotional relationship, or is emotionally or sexually suggestive in communication with a third party via all forms of electronic communications, including but not limited to texting, sexting, Facetiming, social media and/or Direct Messages, shall result in a significant financial penalty upon the adulterous party …” the statement concludes in part.
Back in September, Mai was accused of cheating on Jeezy with Access Hollywood host Mario Lopez. Mai cohosted the show with Lopez briefly over the summer.

However, that cheating rumor was soon shut down when sources close to Mai told TMZ that there is “absolutely no truth to any rumblings of infidelity between her and the Access Hollywood host, or with anyone else, for that matter.” Lopez has also been married to Courtney Laine Mazza since 2012. They share sons Santino, 4, and Dominic, as well as daughter Gia, 13.
The source added that Mai is “devastated, and heartbroken” over her split with Jeezy, “and is focusing on doing whatever’s best for their daughter, 1-year-old Monaco.” The former couple was married for two years.
According to a source from Entertainment Tonight, they claim the reason the split occurred was a difference in family values.
“They had different views, and each felt like their needs weren’t being completely met,” an insider told the outlet, specifically citing “family expectations” as a potent factor in the divorce.
