50 Cent & Rick Ross Beef Reignited
50 Cent and Rick Ross’ beef has started once again. This time it’s because 50 came for Ross and Meek Mill’s low album sales for their joint LP Too Good To Be True. As 50 Cent was recapping his Final Lap Tour thus far (the tour officially ends in Arizona next year), he called out Ross and Mill.
“If you sell 31,009 CDs, I shouldn’t talk to you,” 50 says in the video. He captioned the post on Instagram, “31,009 the first week,” along with a laughing emoji.
Rick Ross Responds To 50 Cent
Rick Ross responded to 50 in a video and warned the “Many Men” rapper that he shouldn’t speak too much on it since his girlfriend Cuban Link is allegedly signed to Meek’s label Dreamchasers.
“Just got a DM say, ‘Rozay, we believe 50 Cent just made a comment about you online,'” Ross said. “I seen it, and I said, ‘Y’all don’t know 50 Cent like I do. He wouldn’t do that.’ For one, his bitch Dreamchasers. She been a Dreamchasers bitch for many years, still is. That’s when she told me I was her favorite.”
He continued: “For two, n—-, we been rich. We still getting money. Them n—– was laughing at my first-week sales. Them n—– was doing a million and I did 150, 180 and they was laughing but… You smell that saltwater, right? Don’t let them n—– trick you.”
It doesn’t seem as though the beef between The Boss and 50 will ever end as the Atlanta native was asked if they would ever be on good terms last month to which he responded: “I doubt it.”
Meek Mill Talks About Low Album Sales
Meek hasn’t responded to 50 but he did address how low album sales didn’t mean much to him or his artistry.
“It’s says me and Ross on pace to sell 35k first week I would post if it said 350k… I’m too nice and rich to be rapping in a control music environment that’s why we dropping music on Fridays it’s doesn’t make sense,” he It’s says me and Ross on pace to sell 35k first week I would post if it said 350k… I’m too nice and rich to be rapping in a control music environment that’s why we dropping music on Fridays it’s doesn’t make sense …. Now we all own our music we getting the tech built to put…
“The streets love this album too! I’m use every drop of my talent now I own 100 percent of my music now! It was top tier rap for the hustlers and winners! Tap in ‘ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE’ owned by ‘WILLIAM ROBERTS X ROBERT WILLIAMS [DISTRO] BY:GAMMA,” he added.
