Is Nick Cannon Ready For Baby Number 13?
Nick Cannon has his hands full as a father of twelve children, but he might be thinking about baby number thirteen. The television personality told People in a recent interview that “thirteen is a good number,” adding that “it’s definitely a lucky number.” However, the Masked Singer host, 43, says there are “no plans on the horizon as of yet.” With twelve kids, Cannon is enjoying his chill time with his large family. He makes a note that “everybody’s always trying to get me to have more kids. It’s like, twelve ain’t enough?”
While he is currently content with his twelve children, the Celebrity Prank Wars host previously said he can see himself having more children if he is “blessed by a higher power.” “Only God can tell me if I’m done,” he said in June of the majority of his unplanned children. After being told he has “magical sperm” because several of his children’s mothers have been on “full-on birth control and gotten pregnant, and not wanted to get pregnant and gotten pregnant,” Cannon lends “that type of stuff to God. Those are miracles.”
To Snip or Not to Snip?
Though Cannon expressed he is open to more children, he admitted to contemplating “deeply” about getting a vasectomy. Citing carelessness, the Wild N’ Out creator said he wanted to be “more intentional” with creating life. He shares 12-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey; Golden “Sagon,” 6, Powerful Queen, 3, and Rise Messiah, 15 months, with Brittany Bell; twins Zion and Zillion, 2, and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin, 14 months, with Abby De La Rosa; Legendary Love, 18 months, with Bre Tiesi; and Onyx Ice 16 months, with LaNisha Cole. In December 2022, he welcomed daughter Halo Marie with Alyssa Scott. The arrival came one year after their 5-month-old son Zen passed away from brain cancer.
Over the holiday season, Cannon shared that he enjoyed family time with his children and their mothers. First, he shared a slideshow of family photos with Bell and their three kids. Then, he dressed up as Santa with De La Rosa and their three kids. He also shared holiday photos with Tiesi and their son.
Nick Cannon's Latest Child Born; Here's A Timeline of His Kids
Nick Cannon has expanded his family yet again. Now, we knew he was expecting his ninth and tenth children with Abby De La Rosa and Brittany Bell, respectively. Apparently, he also had one on the way with model Lanisha Cole. It was speculated that Lanisha was pregnant with Nick’s child but the news was never confirmed by either parent.
Nick announced the news on his IG with the comment: “Introducing ONYX ICE COLE CANNON. Once again Today I am in Awe of the Devine Feminine! God has given me and @MissLanishaCole the privilege of hosting an Angel here on earth. I vow to protect, provide, guide and love this child to the best of my abilities. I promise to love this little girl with all my heart, regardless what anyone says…I’ve given up on attempting to define myself for the world or society but instead I’m doing the work to heal and grow into the infinite Being God ordained me to be. Hopefully I can teach Onyx the same, to not let others shame or ridicule her with their outside opinions, because when they do they are only projecting their own harsh experiences, pain and social programming onto her unblemished beauty.” Nick even went on to defend Lanisha, saying “[Lanisha] is one of the most guileless, peaceful and nonconfrontational kind souls I’ve ever witnessed, and only deserves to revel in this moment of blissful joy of motherhood. Please give her that. She is so loving and pure hearted.”
Onyx Ice Cole Cannon is now Nick’s ninth child. As mentioned, he is still expecting two more children (that we know of). Are you having a hard time keeping up with all of his kids, and who he had them with? No problem: we’re here to help. Check out our timeline below.
