1051 The BOUNCE Holiday Florida Flyaway! 
Official Contest Rules 

These rules apply to 1051 The BOUNCE Holiday Florida Flyaway! Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WMGC (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.1051TheBOUNCE.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control. 

1. HOW TO ENTER  

1. The Contest will begin on November 25, 2024 and end on December 19, 2024.  

1. To enter via the on-air Keyword method, listen to the Station each weekday beginning on Monday, November 25, 2024 and ending on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at approximately 8:00am Eastern Time (“ET”), 10:00am ET, 12:00pm ET, 3:00pm ET and 4:00pm ET for the announcement of a unique Contest keyword (“Keyword”). Each announcement will have a unique Keyword. Once an entrant hears the Keyword, entrant may enter online. To enter online, visit www.1051thebounce.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator. Only one (1) entry per person per Keyword is permitted. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entrants are not permitted to use multiple email addresses. Each entry window shall close at the start of the thirtieth (30th) minute after the Keyword is announced (each an “Entry Period”) (i.e. 10:30am ET, 12:30pm ET, and 2:30pm ET and 4:30pm ET). Any entries received after thirty (30) minutes past the Keyword announcement or any entries with the incorrect Keyword will be disqualified.  Up to one (1) Semi-Finalist will be selected for each Keyword announcement as described below.  

Up to five (5) Semi-Finalists will be selected each weekday as follows: 
 

Following each Entry Period, up to one (1) Semi-Finalist will be selected in a Station-conducted random drawing from the entrants who entered the correct Keyword during that respective Entry Period. Potential Semi-Finalist will be notified by phone promptly following the random drawing and will be eligible to win a Finalist Prize, as described in Section 4 of these Official Rules. There is no prize associated with being deemed a Semi-Finalist. An entrant may only be deemed a Semi-Finalist once per week.   

1. There will be up to a total of four (4) Finalist Prize winners and one (1) Grand Prize winner selected in the Contest. An entrant may only be deemed a Finalist Prize winner once in the Contest.  

1. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS 

1. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 25 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in the Detroit Metro Area, consisting of the following Michigan counties: Lenawee, Monroe, Wayne, Washtenaw, Jackson, Hillsdale, Ingham, Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair, Lapeer, Genesee, and Shiawassee; and the following Ohio Counties:  Lucas, Fulton, and Williams, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.  

1. Limit one (1) winner per household.  

1. PRIZES 
    

1. Up to four (4) Finalist Prizes will be awarded. Each Finalist Prize consists of one (1) fifty-dollar ($50) Visa gift card. Approximate Retail Value of each Finalist Prize is $50.  

The gift cards will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the issuer of the gift cards.  Gift cards are not refundable or transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will gift cards be replaced if lost or stolen. 

1. Up to one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded that consists of: One vacation package for four to Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Each vacation package includes: Five (5) consecutive night stay for four (4) people at Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina, including daily breakfast for four (4) people, Four (4) Sunset Cruise tickets aboard Cruisin’ Tikis Fort Myers Beach, One (1) one-day pass, good for one vehicle, to Lovers Key State Park courtesy of Florida State Parks, Four (4) admission tickets to the Ford and Edison Winter Estates, Round-trip coach class airline tickets for one (1) winner and up to three (3) guests to Southwest Florida International Airport, A full-size rental vehicle for six (6) consecutive days. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $4,758 

Travel may be taken from the time that no travel restrictions, stay at home orders, quarantine orders, shelter in place orders, “safer at home” orders, or similar orders or recommendations are in effect at either the winner’s place of origin or destination and through January 31, 2026. Blackout dates may apply. Redemption instructions will accompany all certificates. The minimum age to book all elements of this prize package is 25. 
 
Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be sold or gifted, may not be redeemed for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Extensions to expiration dates will not be granted. Prize packages do not include travel to the departure airport or to the hotel (except as specifically included), meals (except as specifically included), incidentals, tips, telephone calls, airline baggage fees, or any other personal expenses incurred during the winner’s stay. Airline and schedule are at the sole discretion of VISIT FLORIDA. Non-stop service may not be offered. The prize winner must be one of the passengers booked in the travel party. The winner and guest(s) must have all necessary photo identification and/or travel documents required for travel. 

Actual value may vary and any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.  Certain travel restrictions may apply.  All other costs not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to those of, taxes, meals, tips and additional ground transportation, baggage fees, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, and local and long-distance telephone calls are the responsibility of the winner.  Selection of airline, hotel, and airline seat location at sole discretion of Station and/or prize provider. Airline regulations apply. The winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including, without limitation, passports for international travel.  If applicable, the winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during the winner’s stay.  Winner and guest must abide by all airline, hotel, and venue policies. The winner and guest must sign all required releases prior to booking of any travel.  If winner is unwilling or unable to travel on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner at Station’s sole discretion. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. If a prize-related event or travel is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond the control of the Station and prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded elements of the prize(s).  No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. If winner chooses to take the trip without a guest, s/he will be awarded the prize elements for one person only, and the remainder of the prize will be forfeited without compensation. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. In addition, winner and guest(s) should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before, during and after the trip. Winner will be issued a 1099 for 2024, regardless of when the winner travels on the prize trip.   

1. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed as directed by the Station at the time of winning.  Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules. 

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

1. Up to four (4) Finalist Prize winners and one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected as follows: 

1. Up to one (1) Finalist Prize winner will be selected at approximately 4:30pm ET on Friday, November 29, 2024 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all combined eligible Semi-Finalists selected the week of November 25, 2024 through November 29, 2024.   

1. Up to one (1) Finalist Prize winner will be selected at approximately 4:30pm ET on Friday, December 6, 2024 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all combined eligible Semi-Finalists selected the week of December 2, 2024 through December 6, 2024. 

1. Up to one (1) Finalist Prize winner will be selected at approximately 4:30pm ET on Friday, December 13, 2024 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all combined eligible Semi-Finalists selected the week of December 9, 2024 through December 13, 2024.  

1. Up to one (1) Finalist Prize winner will be selected at approximately 4:30pm ET on Thursday, December 19, 2024 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all combined eligible Semi-Finalists selected the week of December 16, 2024 through December 19, 2024.  

1. Up to one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at approximately 9:00am ET on Friday, December 20, 2024 in a Station-conducted random drawing from the four (4) Finalist Prize winners. Grand Prize winner’s name will be announce on-air on the Station with the morning show at approximately 10:00am ET.   

1. Non-winning Semi-Finalists will not automatically rollover into any subsequent Finalist Prize random drawings or the Grand Prize random drawing.  Potential Finalist Prize winners will be notified by telephone promptly following the random drawings.  

1. Odds of being deemed a Semi-Finalist online depend on the number of eligible online entries received at the time of each online random drawing. Odds of a Semi-Finalist winning a weekly Finalist Prize are up to 1 in 25. Odds of a Finalist Prize winner winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 4. 

1. Entrants must listen to the Station to acquire the Keyword but need not be present to be deemed a Semi-Finalist via the Keyword method.  Semi-Finalists need not listen to the Station or be present to be deemed a Finalist Prize winner. Finalist Prize winners need not listen to the Station or be present to win the Grand Prize. 

1. Grand Prize winner must confirm acceptance of prize within ten (10) days of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate Grand Prize winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining Finalist Prize winners. 

1. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final. 

1. CONDITIONS 

1. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at www.1051TheBOUNCE.com. 

1. For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at www.1051TheBOUNCE.com. 

1. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, One Radio Plaza, Detroit, MI 48220 or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.
