Esports Insider reported on a new bill, called Project 1534 in Puerto Rico which allows both in-person and online betting for traditional sports as well as esports. The bill was passed to “allow new industries and business to create jobs and create new sources of revenue”. This is a continuation of what’s to come in the world of esports.
