  The City of Detroit has a $156 million budget surplus. Mayor Mike Duggan has announced it will be used to improve the city’s neighborhoods, remove blighted buildings replacing sidewalks, removing dangerous trees, improving parks, improvements in public transportation, and more! I cant wait to see what is done.
