City of Detroit Announces $230 Million Affordable Housing Strategy

Yesterday The City of Detroit announced a new strategy to combat the loss of affordable housing as rent prices are being driven up by the increase in housing prices. According to wdiv.com the $203 million strategy will include actions like renovating vacant apartment buildings & Land Bank homes, and mortgage down-payment assistance. See…I feel like Beyonce just hit us with an album last time & now I’m finding out too much before her new album Renaissance is released on July 29th, but that’s just me! According to ENews.com she released the playlist earlier this week and now released a list of collabs on it. Jay-Z, Drake, The-Dream, Pharrell, Kanye West & more. This is about to be another amazing album!
Rihanna Files Legal Documents for Fenty Hair Line

The billion-dollar woman is expanding her uber successful Fenty brand! Rihanna is looking to break into the hair space with Fenty Hair. According to billboard.com documents were filed to trademark the brand and will include items like wigs, brushes, ribbons, clips and much, much more! I can guarantee she is going to stay sold out!
