Beyonce and JAY-Z’s Throw Epic Oscars After Party Honoring Mary J. Blige
Beyonce and JAY-Z are really great friends to have, just ask Mary J. Blige!Blige was nominated for her song and role in Mudbound, in her honor, Beyonce and JAY-Z threw her a big Oscar after party.
150 people were invited to the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, including Tiffany Haddish, Tracee Ellis Ross, Usher, DJ Khaled, Drake, Jordan Peele and Angela Bassett just to name a few.
No word on if the guests had to sign non-disclosure agreement, but guests received invitations that read “No sitting, only dancing”. Socks and slippers were provided in case people wanted to change out of their formal footwear, Ace of Spades champagne was served and at midnight, 36 pizzas were delivered from Joe’s Pizza on Sunset.
Blige told ET’s Nancy O’Dell and Kevin Frazier on the red carpet, “I feel really blessed to have people that care about me that much. I care about them that much and it just feels really good.”
