Helicopter Company Claims Kobe And Gianna Bryant Knew Flying Risks And ‘Were Negligent’

The company points out that they are not responsible for the crash because “it was an Act of God.” In the documents, it says the passengers were negligent and the crash was “an unavoidable accident.” TMZ lastly adds, “Island Express says helicopter flying is ‘inherently dangerous’ and someone like the pilot should have told them, but it’s not the company’s responsibility.”
