TMZ says, “The appeals court reviewed Joe’s case and upheld the conviction, but determined the U.S. District Court for the Western District in Oklahoma City made a technical error by not grouping the 2 murder-for-hire convictions at his sentencing.”

That means his original sentence is going to be wiped and when the case goes back to the lower court, he likely will receive a lower sentence.

How much lower though? He still could be facing somewhere between 17-21 years. Joe was convicted of murder-for-hire after all.

Joe is celebrating the win and hopes to eventually be freed.

I personally hope the man is freed so we can get a Joe Exotic tell-all and reality show. Am I petty for that?!
