R. Kelly Serenades Fan Over The Phone From Behind Bars

A woman visiting her father in jail posted a video online of her being serenaded and it was by the Pied Piper himself, R. Kelly!
He sang, Love Letter to her over the phone.
Let me say this… the man still got it! You know, TONS of inmates are probably asking Kells to sing.
The woman said R. Kelly’s singing was not in exchange for anything but social media reacted, many said it was for “commissary”.
Many were shocked that a parent would still permit R. Kelly to have any contact with their daughter, but she was grown right?!
