Official Contest Rules 

These rules apply to 105.1 The Bounce “BOUNCING You to the Beach Florida Flyaway! Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WDMK (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.1051thebounce.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control. 

1. HOW TO ENTER 

1. The Contest will begin on March 3, 2025 and end on March 28, 2025.  
    

1. To enter, listen to the Station every weekday Monday- Friday beginning on March 3, 2025 and ending on March 28, 2025 between the hours of 6:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) and 7:00pm ET for the announcement of a unique Contest keyword (“Keyword”) aired approximately at the top of each hour (i.e., 6:00am ET).  Each announcement may have a unique Keyword.  Once an entrant hears the Keyword, entrant may enter via the following method: 
    

1. Text the Keyword to 248-544-1051. Message and data rates may be charged by your wireless carrier. The Station is not responsible for any fees incurred by you for this method of entry. Text message and any mobile device entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the mobile account submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the text or mobile telephone number by a telecommunications provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning such numbers. By initiating a text message to the Station in this Contest, you also expressly consent to the receipt of a reply message confirming your entry and notification via text if you are selected to be a winner.  

1. Only one (1) entry per person per Keyword is permitted. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same telephone number. Entrants are not permitted to use multiple telephone numbers. The deadline to enter each Keyword is fifteen (15) minutes past the hour after the initial airing of the Keyword (i.e. 6:15am ET, 7:15am ET, 8:15am ET, 9:15am ET, 10:15am ET, 11:15am ET, 12:15pm ET, 1:15pm ET, 2:15pm ET, 3:15pm ET, 4:15pm ET), 5:15pm ET, 6:15pm ET). Any text message received after fifteen (15) minutes past the hour or any text message or online entries with the incorrect Keyword will be disqualified.  Up to one (1) winner will be selected from all combined entries as described below in Section 4.    

1. There will be up to a total of one (1) Grand Prize winner selected in the Contest. 

1. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS 

1. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 25 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in the Detroit Metro Area, consisting of the following Michigan counties: Lenawee, Monroe, Wayne, Washtenaw, Jackson, Hillsdale, Ingham, Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair, Lapeer, Genesee, and Shiawassee; and the following Ohio Counties:  Lucas, Fulton, and Williams, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.  

1. PRIZES 

• Up to one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.  The Grand Prize is being provided by Visit Florida and consists of vacation package for four (4) people (winner and three (3) guests) to Clear Water Beach Florida consisting of: Five (5) consecutive night stay in a room for four (4) people at Shephard’s Beach Resort including a $200 food and beverage credit, Four (4) two-hour dining cruise tickets aboard Yacht StarShip, Four (4) admission tickets to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, A $200 dining card to Salty’s Island Bar & Grille thanks to Beachside Hospitality Group, Round-trip coach class airline tickets for one (1) winner and up to three (3) guests to Tampa International Airport, A full-size rental vehicle for six (6) consecutive days.  Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $ $5517.80.   

 
 
Travel may be taken from the time that no travel restrictions, stay at home orders, quarantine orders, shelter in place orders, “safer at home” orders, or similar orders or recommendations are in effect at either the winner’s place of origin or destination and through April 30, 2026. Blackout dates may apply. Redemption instructions will accompany all certificates. The minimum age to book all elements of this prize package is 25. 

Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be sold or gifted, may not be redeemed for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Extensions to expiration dates will not be granted. Prize packages do not include travel to the departure airport or to the hotel (except as specifically included), meals (except as specifically included), incidentals, tips, telephone calls, airline baggage fees, or any other personal expenses incurred during the winner’s stay. Airline and schedule are at the sole discretion of VISIT FLORIDA. Non-stop service may not be offered. The prize winner must be one of the passengers booked in the travel party. The winner and guest(s) must have all necessary photo identification and/or travel documents required for travel. 

Actual value may vary and any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.  Certain travel restrictions may apply.  All other costs not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to those of, taxes, meals, tips and additional ground transportation, baggage fees, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, and local and long-distance telephone calls are the responsibility of the winner.  Selection of airline, hotel, and airline seat location at sole discretion of Station and/or prize provider. Airline regulations apply. The winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including, without limitation, passports for international travel.  If applicable, the winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during the winner’s stay.  Winner and guest must abide by all airline, hotel, and venue policies. The winner and guest must sign all required releases prior to booking of any travel.  If winner is unwilling or unable to travel on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner at Station’s sole discretion. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. If a prize-related event or travel is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond the control of the Station and prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded elements of the prize(s).  No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. If winner chooses to take the trip without a guest, s/he will be awarded the prize elements for one person only, and the remainder of the prize will be forfeited without compensation. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. In addition, winner and guest(s) should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before, during and after the trip. Winner will be issued a 1099 for 2025, regardless of when the winner travels on the prize trip.   

1. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed as directed by the Station at the time of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.

1. SELECTION OF WINNERS 

1. Up to one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected on March 28, 2025 at approximately 10:00am ET in a Station-conducted random drawing from all combined eligible text messages received for all combined Keywords announced on-air. 

Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing.    

1. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of combined eligible text message entries received for all combined Keywords.  

1. Entrants must listen to Station to acquire the Keyword(s) but need not be present to win the Grand Prize.   

1. Grand Prize winner must confirm acceptance of prize within forty eight (48) hours of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining combined eligible text message entries received.    

1. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final. 

1. CONDITIONS 

1. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at www.1051TheBOUNCE.com. 

1. For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at www.1051TheBOUNCE.com. 

1. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, One Radio Plaza, Detroit, MI 48220 or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.
