In regards to how being from the city that birthed the legendary Motown sound, Kash Doll said, “the rawness! Listen, the truth is, Detroit has a raw incomparable sound.”

Women’s empowerment and unity is currently a hot topic in the music industry, especially in regard to women rappers. And when it comes to who Kash Doll is inspired by, there’s a long list of women. The “Ice Me Out” rapper said that her biggest inspirations are her mom, her “granny,” her aunts, her friend Sunshine, Gail Perry-Mason, Beyoncé, Aaliyah, Rihanna, J-Lo, and Trina.

When most celebrities are asked what their beauty secrets are they usually list a bunch of luxury brand beauty items, but not Kash Doll. “All I drink is water. I eat healthy. I use makeup cleanser, moisturizer, and exfoliate,” Kash Doll said.

“I workout. I’ll walk 30 minutes on a treadmill with heels on. And, super important, I always make sure I get my rest.”
