These Iconic Artists Have Birthdays in May

Spring is here and Summer is on the way. Temps are going up and people are out enjoying the weather. And some are enjoying their birthdays during this gorgeous weather. And we have a list of some amazing and iconic artists that MAY share a birthday with you. So here are the Birthdays in May.

 

 

  • May 3rd - Farrah Franklin

    Farrah Laron Franklin was born on May 3rd, 1981 in Des Moines, Iowa. She was a former member of Destiny’s Child. She went on to a solo career after 2000.

  • May 5th - Chris Brown

    Chris (Maurice) Brown was born on May 5th, 1989 in Tappahannock, Virginia. Billboard puts Chris as one of the most successful R&B singers of his generation. Chris Brown’s self-titled album Chris Brown sold six million copies worldwide.

  • May 21st - Notorious B.I.G.

    Christopher George Latore Wallace was born on May 21st, 1972 in Los Angelos, California. Until his death in 1997, The Notorious B.I.G. or Biggie has always been close on the mind of every modern-day rapper. A laid-back style that delivered sometimes the grim realities of gangsta rap living. Maybe bust out the headphones when playing some “Big Poppa” though.

  • May 27th - Lisa Lopes

    Lisa Nicole Lopes was born on May 27th, 1971 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Lisa Lopes, aka Left Eye, was a member of the group TLC. She went on a brief solo career but then was tragically lost in a car accident in 2002.
