Bill Cosby has just caught a massive break in regards to his sexual assault conviction.

Per Page Six, “The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has agreed to review two aspects of the case that Cosby is challenging — the judge’s decision to allow prosecutors to call five other accusers and to introduce evidence that he’d given women quaaludes in the past.”

Cosby, 82, is currently serving an up to ten-year sentence for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004. There was another case in 2017, but it was a mistrial due to the hung jury.

Page Six adds, “The Pennsylvania Supreme Court will also examine a past agreement Cosby had with a former prosecutor that Cosby would never face criminal charges in the case.” According to Cosby, he relied on that promise before Andrea Constand’s civil lawsuit, but the testimony ended up being used to help convict him.
