Evelyn Lozada Tearfully Responds To Chad Ochocinco’s ‘Three Seconds’ Tweet
While in tears, Evelyn Lozada recently spoke on her ex-fiance’ Chad Ochocinco’s recent tweet about him abusing her. “I wanted to discuss a few things… I think that today is the perfect thing to address things that were on my heart,” Lozada said tearfully.
“I woke up today to Chad’s comment and as much as I told myself that I wasn’t going to respond because it’s not the first time that he’s made this comment. I’m just tired. I’m just really really tired.”
“For this man to sit up there and say that he lost his temper for three seconds it’s infuriating to me, and as much as I’m trying to heal from this situation…” Lozada continued.
“For this man to say it was one incident for three seconds of his life… If you’re going to speak the truth I want you to speak the truth as to what the situation was. It wasn’t the first time. And one thing that I’m always going to do is I’m going to live in my truth.”
“Whether it’s good. Whether it’s bad. Whether it’s ugly. I’m not going to let anyone take away my truth and put this perception out there for a pity party as if you made one mistake,” she said.
“I’m trying to move on from this but as a victim how am I supposed to move on from this? I’m not looking for attention. I was at home minding my own business.”
Ochocinco’s I lost my temper for once in life for 3 seconds & it cost me a lifetimes worth of work, I got it all back plus some after getting a 2nd chance & NOTHING will ever get me out of that happy space again... https://t.co/svU3F0FeYP
