Metro Boomin Labeled A Hypocrite After ‘Predator’ Tweets Resurface
Metro Boomin has been labeled a hypocrite after his “predator” tweets resurfaced amid calling Drake out for allegedly doing the same thing.
The producer’s tweets from 2011 went viral that had suggestive language towards underage women. “I’ll beat the charge,” Metro tweeted in the past, referring to a 13-year-old girl.
“I’m tryna tell #oomf that ‘age aint nothing but a number’ lol,” he wrote in a tweet in 2011.
In 2014, he wrote, “She might be young, but she ready.”
It is important to note that Metro is 30 now, so in 2011, it would have made him 17 and underage himself, but it still didn’t sit right with fans. The hashtag #MetroGrooming began, and fans began calling the producer a hypocrite after his old tweets were exposed.

Metro Boomin X Account Hacked Prior To ‘Predator’ Tweets Resurfacing
In a separate incident last month, Metro told fans that his X account (formerly known as Twitter) was hacked.
“Jus [sic] got my phone # and accounts back today somebody hacked me the day the album dropped smh,” he jus got my phone # and accounts back today somebody hacked me the day the album dropped smh
and all those corny ass tweets
all my day 1s know that’s nowhere in my character
All positivity always on my end
We blessed
It’s all love ❤️💜#WeDontTrustYou https://t.co/CyqZ7HFzpK
Some of the tweets posted from his account seemed a bit odd, including one where he posted numerous phone numbers that have been calling him. Fans suspected it had something to do with Drake, given the diss on the title track and the phone numbers having a Canadian area code.
“It all started 2 days before the album dropped and all these 416 numbers would call me back 2 back a million times. It got so bad I had to keep my phone on airplane mode,” one post said, and included a It all started 2 days before the album dropped and all these 416 numbers would call me back 2 back a million times. Another tweet made him seem a little salty about other rappers not reposting We Don’t Trust You. Fans suggested that other rappers didn’t want to get in the middle of the diss tracks on the album.
“I see a lot of n—– been scared to post the album too [crying face emojis] #IForgiveButIDontForget #WEDONTTRUSTYOU [no pedestrians emojis],” he claims he No
