Detroit Church Collecting Winter Clothing Donations for Those in Need

Family of God Church church, located in southwest Detroit, is asking locals to help out those in need.
The church is collecting donations of coats and clothing to give to those who need it as the cold, frigid winter months set in.
If you would like to get involved, the church is asking for donations to help give food and shelter. Currently, they need coats, hats and gloves.
Without the proper clothing, there’s a concern that some people won’t be able to survive the cold winter temperatures.
If you would like to donate winter coats, gloves, hats or funds to the cause, contact Pastor Tyler Cronkright at 810-240-4434. The church, Family of God Church, is located at 7354 Whittaker Street in Detroit.
