Moniece Slaughter Reveals She’s Pregnant With A Baby Girl
Moniece Slaughter revealed that she’s pregnant with a baby girl!
The Love & Hip Hop alum made the announcement via Instagram Live Thursday that she is expecting a baby girl.
Moniece’s life is a bit complicated: she shares an 11-year-old son Kamron with B2k’s Dreux “Fizz” Frédéric. But Frédéric is not the child’s biological father; he and Moniece separated years ago. Moniece apparently does not discuss the child’s father, with whom she’s been having issues with. But she is happy for her new edition to her family.
“Kam is excited and Dreux has been extremely supportive,” she said. “I’m overwhelmed but blessed at the same time.”
She then went on to describe the ups and downs of her health, while carrying her daughter.
“I am dehydrated, malnourished,” she said. “I have endometriosis. I have four complex ovarian cysts, one of which has ruptured. I have hypertension. My daughter is measuring smaller than she should.”
Although the reality star has suffered several health issues during her pregnancy she remains in good faith and says she is “hanging in there.” She already has a baby name picked out and plans to name her baby girl Dior.
“I’m a d— good mom to Kamron and I will be a d—- good mom to Dior,” she said. “I decided I’m going to love her. I’m going to support her. I’m going to be the mom to her that I never had.”
“Dior and I will be just fine,” she added. “I can’t believe I have a daughter, a mini-me. This has been my greatest fear and my greatest blessing.”
