Detroit’s Buddy’s Pizza Fundraiser
Well, if you’re looking to support a great cause, Buddy’s Pizza are having their four 47th annual Slice For Life. It benefits the Capuchin Soup Kitchen, which does amazing work here in the local community. If you stop by Buddy’s Pizza today from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM you can either dine-in, place a call-in order, or an online order and 20% of the proceeds will be donated back to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen. So, if you’re able to get some pizza from Buddy’s and help out a good cause!
Jay-Z Narrates Davis’ Boxing Video
One of the most anticipated boxing matches went down over the weekend in Las Vegas, Gervonta Davis vs Ryan Garcia. Davis won in the seventh round from like a body shot knockout. Now, these events aren’t just boxers fighting in the ring. It’s a whole thing. A huge production. And the video package for Davis was narrated by Jay-Z! I thought it was inspiring.

Ashanti & Nelly Back Together
And speaking of the fight, some other big news that came out of it (which I speculated about weeks ago) is that they’re back together! I’m talking about Ashanti and Nelly who were seen walking in hand-in-hand. Everyone had something to say about it, including Bow Wow, who posted on his Instagram, “Yo mo! I know we not seeing eye-to-eye either. But from little bro to big bro, STOP PLAYING AND MARRY THIS WOMAN BRO! You like 50 [laughing face emoji]. Sit your old a$$ down [laughing face emojis] this your queen.” I didn’t realize Bow Wow and Nelly had beef. But it seems Bow has beef with a lot of people. Nonetheless, all the best to Ashanti and Nelly, who in addition to going to the fight together Saturday, performed together at Tao Beach Club in Vegas yesterday.
