East Warrenfest: A Celebration of Community and Culture
As mentioned in today’s Shannon’s Scoop, if you don’t have plans for this Saturday, September 14th, mark your calendar for East Warrenfest, a community event that’s back and better than ever.
East Warrenfest promises to bring the community together for an unforgettable evening from 4 PM to 9 PM. It’s a celebration of the culture and the ongoing revitalization of the East Warren Corridor, spanning seven blocks from Three Mile to Grayton.
With activities and entertainment for all ages, this year’s East Warrenfest is set to feature three stages packed with live performances. One standout act will be Alise King, whose powerful performances never fail to impress the crowd. You won’t want to miss her!
In addition to the performances, over 50 local vendors will be present, alongside a variety of food trucks serving delicious eats. For families, there will be a dedicated kids’ zone to keep the little ones entertained. Parents can also enjoy a relaxing moment in the beer garden while their kids have fun. With something for everyone, East Warrenfest is the perfect event to bring the whole family.
Before the East Warrenfest event kicks off, there will be a family-friendly bike ride led by Slow Roll starting at 2 PM. Slow Roll, known for its community bike rides, will guide participants along the streets, finishing just as the festival begins. It’s a great way to kickstart the festivities!
