Tyra Banks Is Opening A Model Theme Park
I was always told by my mama and I think this is my chance and YOU too can become a model for a day at Modelland.
Tyra Banks is creating a model theme park to open later this year. The attractions will be located at a mall in Santa Monica, California. The 21,000 square foot space will have “interactive entertainment, curated retail, and user-generated content that can be shared.” Modelland is based on Tyras’ 2010 novel of the same name. She has been working on the project for over a year.
Banks wants the theme park to be an extension of her show America’s Next Top Model. Banks said, “Men, women, families, all generations can come and enter this model world for a day, have a fun shopping experience, and an eventful meal. This will be the first of many.”
