Robin Givens and Essence Atkins Star In New OWN Network Drama ‘Ambitions’

A new soap opera/drama is coming to OWN network starring Robin Givens and Essence Atkins.

The show is titled Ambitions and is set in Atlanta. The Will Packer-produced series features an all-star cast led by Robin Givens.

Ambitions is centered around an “intense rivalry between former friends turned formidable legal eagles Stephanie Lancaster (Givens) and Amara Hughes (Essence Atkins).”

The show also features Brian J White, Erica Page, Brely Evans, and Kendrick Cross. Jamey Giddens executive produced the series while Packer alongside Lionsgate produced the show.

Ambitions premieres on Tuesday, June 18 at 10 p.m. EST. Check out the trailer above.
