Metro Detroit Severe Weather Watch
ROYAL OAK, MI – AUGUST 12 : Vehicles sit submerged in water along I-75 August 12, 2014 in Royal Oak, Michigan. Severe rain from yesterday’s storm flooded local streets, highways, and homes in the Detroit Metropolitan area experiencing the worst flash flooding in decades.
Well, obviously the big story locally is this severe weather we are expected to get today. Now, it’s going to be a high of 75-degrees, but we’re at risk of, like, everything. We’re talking heavy rain, severe winds, hail, tornadoes are possible as well. So, please make sure that you have a plan in place in case you hear the tornado warning in your area. They say you should avoid windows and exterior walls. Go into the basement if you have one, and if you don’t go into an interior room like a bathroom or something like that. Just be aware of what’s above you and stay safe. Please, please, please stay safe. That is the main thing.
Fake Cop at Megan Thee Stallion Concert

Remember how I mentioned the other day in Shannon’s Scoop that Megan Thee Stallion performed at the Final Four Fest on Friday night? Well, you are not going to believe what happened. A Megan fan, Trayvon Stevenson, dressed up like a police officer to try and meet her! According to court documents, he was wearing a police K9 Unit vest and said he was there as event security for the Megan Thee Stallion concert. Here’s the thing, you know he was lying because he didn’t even bring a dog! You’re in the K9 Unit and don’t even have a dog? So, yeah. They ended up arresting him and he’s out on a $20,000 bond.
Shrek 5 is on the Way

Big news for you movie lovers. Can you believe it’s been 10 years since they released the last Shrek movie? Well, apparently Shrek 5 is now in development and we may actually see the original cast like Mike Myers, who voiced Shrek, Cameron Diaz who was Shrek’s wife, and of course Eddie Murphy who played the Donkey. I think a lot of people who are fans of this movie will enjoy that. No one has signed the dotted line to do the project yet, but they are expecting
