Hot Pockets Recalled After Glass & Plastic Shards Found Inside!!
The worst thing about biting into a Hot Pocket used to be the risk of burning the roof of your mouth! Now you have to watch out for glass and plastic too!
A massive recall of Hot Pockets is underway after glass and plastic shards were found inside the microwaveable snacks. Nestle is recalling more than 762,000 pounds of Hot Pockets due to ‘extraneous materials’. The recall applies to ‘Premium Pepperoni’ Hot Pockets in 54-ounce 12-pack packages, with an expiration date of February 2022.
Nestlé discovered this problem after no less than four consumers reached out to report they had made the unpleasant realization that their pepperoni Hot Pockets contained non-edible substances. One person reported a “minor oral injury” related to consumption of the contaminated Pocket.
