Tom Brady Wants His Son to Play Football for the University of Michigan
Former Wolverine Tom Brady is pleased as punch that Michigan toppled over Ohio State last Saturday (Nov. 28) in one of the most high-profile games of the season. (Side note: Did I just say pleased as punch?!)
Now, Brady is starting to think about how cool it would be to have another Brady at the University of Michigan. The Buccaneers quarterback discussed the idea on his podcast, “Let’s Go! With Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray.” During the show, Brady said he watched the game with his elder son, Jack, and started to think about what’s ahead for the 14-year-old.
“I had a little future Wolverine, my son Jack, sitting on the bed with me as I was jumping around and we were wrestling and I said, ‘That’s where you’re gonna be! You’re gonna be in the Big House someday. You’re gonna be the starting quarterback for Michigan,’” Brady said on the show.
But, Brady’s wife, Gisele Bündchen, immediately shot it down. But for all the right reasons, I have to say. “And my wife was like, ‘Just let him be what he wants to be, for God’s sakes!’” Brady said. “It was a great day for our family.”
Hey, we’ve have the children of Madonna and Eminem at Michigan and Michigan State, respectively. Why not bring a famous Brady here, too?
