Michigan Couple Gets Married, Limo Catches on Fire with Wedding Party Inside

This story gives a whole new meaning to the idea of a hot romance. Newlyweds Brendan and Isabel Kiel were on the way to their reception in Holland, Michigan, when their rented Hummer limousine set on fire. Oh, did I mention the wedding party was with them in the limo, too?

It sounds like a total downer, but the couple took it in stride. Their wedding photographer, Andi for Andi B Photography, took photos of the fire and documented the whole incident as the group did their best to navigate a dangerous situation. They had to stand on the shoulder of I-96 for about an hour, which isn’t safe or fun, but thankfully, everyone is just fine.

Andi’s footage of the limo on fire and aftermath has gone viral on social media. The couple even has photographs posting with Jamestown Township firefighters and Ottawa County sheriff’s deputies. We can’t make this stuff up, kids!

Check out photos and video of the incident below. Hopefully this rough incident is something the happy couple will look back on years from now! Besides, it could have been worse. Or maybe it couldn’t, but it’s nice to see this couple making the best out of a rough situation.
