Future Takes Shots At Russell Wilson: ‘F— Russell’
Future took a shot at Russell Wilson in his guest appearance on Quavo’s new song, “Turn Yo Clic Up.” The song was released Friday (July 14) and will be featured on Quavo’s upcoming album Rocket Power. “Big dawg status, bill hopper/ I ball in his mall for my brothers/ Goyard bag, tote the Corduroy/ I got it out the field, f— Russell,” Future raps.
Fans reacted to Future’s “petty” line on social media.
“Future done been with several women since Ciara, and yet he still mentions her or her man in a song. He is so bitter! It’s sad. I know Russell and Cici sit back and laugh at him,” one fan wrote.
“Russell just be chillin being a solid husband and father, but Future can’t let Ciara go emotionally lol,” another fan chimed in.

Another fan reacted, “It’s literally been years & Future toxic childish a– still making songs about Russell & Ciara.”
Future was previously engaged to singer Ciara in 2013 and welcomed their Future Zahir, in May of 2014. The couple called it quits in August after the Dirty Sprite rapper was accused of cheating on the “Body Party” singer.
Ciara met the NFL star in 2015 and got married the following year. The couple has two children together daughter Sienna Princess who was born in 2017 and son Win Harrison who was born in 2020. Wilson is known to be a positive father figure in the nine-year-old’s life and is even helping him to follow in his footsteps on the NFL field.
“Post workout work with the young fellas!” Wilson wrote in an Instagram video with Future’s friend Kingston and Ciara’s creative director Jamaica Craft. “Future & Kingston young legends. Watch out @NFL.”
Wilson has not responded to the rapper’s line in “Turn Yo Clic Up.”
