Katrina Carson Joins Lori Mac to Discuss Chronicles of Love
Get ready for a night full of unforgettable heart warming stories and mesmerizing duets.
“Chronicles of Love” is coming to Aretha’s Jazz Café inside the Music Hall on Saturday, February 17th at 8pm. It’s a monologue show featuring duets that will touch your heart and soul. This in-person event you must see live and in the flesh! You’re promised a night filled with raw emotions and a powerful storyline behind this beautiful play. While previewing the play, Katrina described it as a “navigation through love, pain, forgiveness,” which will give everybody something to relate to during the play.
Katrina Carson is the amazing writer and director of the play. During our interview she expressed the passion and love that she has always had for writing and creating, as this is her second play.
Her first play was titled, “Chronicles Of A Gen-Z and Millennial ” that came out last year, on November 16th, which breaks down what millennials and gen-z’s go through in their lives. From relationships, body image, work-related struggles, and so much else that causes imposter syndrome as people discover who they are.
Great reviews from the first play led to a return to the stage with “Chronicles of Love.” Katrina herself is an actress and a singer, and although she is not in this play, she also fancies herself as an author. She got a chance to discuss her new book, “Give Yourself Roses,” which is an affirmation book full of affirmations she wrote for herself that she wanted to share with the world. The book is available on Amazon or Kindle for only $1.
More plays are on the way, as this is just the first of the “Chronicles” in this story, along with the fact that she is ALWAYS WRITING, so keep showing up and more shows will be on the way.
