The Chixtape rapper is being sued over an accident that left a man disfigured per RadarOnline.
The Toronto rapper is to be believed to not have been behind the vehicle at the time of the accident and an unidentified person is said to be have been operating the vehicle.
In the legal documents obtained by the outlet, a man named Barry Fine was operating his 2020 Porsche Cayenne Coupe Turbo around Florida on January 23 when a 2016 Range Rover owned by Lanez allegedly caused a “chain reaction rear-end collision striking one vehicle propelling that vehicle into Plaintiff’s vehicle.”
The Range Rover reportedly fled the scene and was later located abandoned by police on I-95 in Miami.
Fine is not alleging that Lanez was driving the car but thinks the rapper is responsible for damages to the car and the medical bills. In the suit, Fine says “his injuries include disfigurement, physical and mental pain and suffering, medical expenses, loss of earning capacity, a permanent injury, significant scarring, and out-of-pocket expenses.”
“Fine is demanding more than $30,000 in damages and believes Tory and the insurance company should pay him the difference between his car’s value before the accident and its value after the repairs are made,” per the outlet.
