Jack Harlow Announces New Album, ‘Jackman,’ Out Friday
Jack is back with a new album. The Kentucky native surprised fans on Wednesday (April 26) when he posted on social media that he would drop a new album this Friday.
“Jackman. My new album. Out this Friday 4/28,” the rapper wrote under the post of the album artwork. Harlow is seen shirtless and crossing his arms as he stands in an alley with garbage cans around him.
Jackman follows the rapper’s 2022 LP Come Home The Kids Miss You. The album was nominated for three Grammys last year. Harlow’s “Churchill Downs” featuring Drake was nominated for Best Rap Song, his “First Class” was nominated for Best Melodic Rap Performance, and Come Home The Kids Miss You was nominated for Best Rap Album. Come Home The Kids Miss You featured guest appearances from Pharrell Williams, Drake, Justin Timberlake, and Lil Wayne.

Last year, Harlow earned his first solo Billboard Hot 100 topper with The record samples Fergie’s 2006 hit “Glamorous.” The rapper previously had a Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 for his feature on Lil Nas X’s Grammy-nominated “Industry Baby” last year.
Outside of the studio, Harlow has been hard at work on the basketball court. He will be starring in the White Men Can’t Jump remake. The rapper is playing the character Jeremy played by Woody Harrelson in the original. Sinqua Walls will be taking over Wesley Snipes’ role as Kamal Allen. The film will also star Teyana Taylor, Laura Harrier, Vince Staples, Myles Bullock, and Lance Reddick. It finds both Harlow and Walss’ characters strapped for cash so they devise a plan to enter a basketball competition that could win them $50,000.
The film is set to release on May 19.
