A$AP Rocky Reveals His ‘Best’ Collaboration With Rihanna
According to A$AP Rocky, he and Rihanna’s collaboration has already happened. The “Fashion Killa” rapper was Las Vegas over the weekend for the Formula 1 Grand Prix alongside his girlfriend Rihanna. He was asked by Complex, if he would ever collaborate on a project alongside RiRi.
“What could we team up and just like f—ing smash and go crazy on?” Rocky looked to be thinking before answering, “I think we do a real great job at collaborating and making children.”
He added that the two’s sons RZA, 18 months, and Riot Rose, 3 months are their “best creation so far.”
A$AP Rocky and Rihanna’s Creative Director Roles
A$AP was recently named creative director for Puma x F1, the reason behind their Vegas outing over the weekend.
“I have always loved motorsports from a distance and the chance to work with Puma and F1 felt like the best way to disrupt the category,” Rocky previously told Complex before the event on Saturday (Nov. 18). “I’m eager to explore the impact that streetwear and fashion can play beyond the track.”
Back in September, Rihanna reclaimed her title as the creative director of Puma.
“I wanted to bring something iconic from the archives to the street, and the late great Pelé made the Avanti shoe so iconic,” the singer said in a press release at the time.
“It’s been such an exciting start to our partnership,” Chief Product Officer at PUMA Maria Valdes added. “We spent time together opening up the PUMA archive and identifying the right product that spoke to Rihanna. The Avanti is a PUMA classic with a unique and iconic point of view on the terrace. I’m very happy to see this project come to life and even more excited for what the coming years have in store for us together.”
A fan favorite, the Creeper has officially returned, but now it’s better and “phatter.” “We took our OG Creeper and made it bigger and badder,” said Rihanna. “When designing the Creeper Phatty we wanted to reinvent the OG Creeper that was loved by so many. It’s a classic silhouette that has been missed, so its return had to be bigger.”
FENTY x PUMA Creeper Phatty will be available to purchase on November 30 at 10 a.m. ET via PUMA’s official website.
