Michigan Beats Alabama in Rose Bowl & How I Ruined it For My Husband
Congratulations are in order for the Michigan Wolverines. They beat Alabama last night, 27-20 in overtime at the Rose Bowl. Blake Corum scored in overtime to give them the lead and that means that they’re going to advance to next Monday’s National Title game. After the game, Coach Harbaugh said, “That was glorious. It was a tremendous football game. If ever a game was going to be won out front, it was going to be won with toughness and physicality and our guys were just there in rhythm and got it done. Epic game, epic game. But what people don’t know, how could they know, what the togetherness is like, and there’s just nothing that can separate these guys.” It was definitely cool to see, and I actually saw them win before my husband did! I totally ruined it for him.
I was upstairs in the bedroom and he was downstairs watching it on TV and I turned on the game to see like where they were at. And I saw them win so I go running to the door like, “Congratulations!” My husband’s like, “What are you talking about?” And I’m like, “The Wolverines won!” He’s like, “No, they didn’t. The game is still on.” He didn’t realize that he paused the game at some point and was behind. So, I totally ruined it for him. Anyway, Michigan will play Washington next Monday in Houston for the National Championship. It’ll be on later in the evening and I’ll be asleep before it ends so I won’t ruin that one for my husband. Cardi B Debuts New Song in Miami & Reunites With Offset
Lots went on New Year’s Eve. Cardi B hit the stage at Miami Beach’s Fontainebleau and they streamed her performance as part of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Eve Rockin broadcast. Following her set, she shared a snippet of a new song strictly for the club goers, and I guess for everyone else on the internet because there’s a clip. It’s a little hard to hear the lyrics, but I feel like it’s Cardi flavor. She hasn’t had a full album come out since 2018 and I think people are hoping that she’s gonna come out with an album this year. This pic of Cardi B And Offset was taken last New Year’s Eve. The couple split up earlier in 2023 but reunited again this New Year’s Eve. Cardi denies that it means they’re back together.
After her performance, Cardi was spotted at the club partying with Offset, who also performed at the same event. Of course, fans went nuts because they also spent Christmas together when they’re supposed to be split up at this point.
Well, Cardi addressed her New Year’s Eve reunion with Offset saying, “I feel like we was vibing, we was both in the same club, but I feel at the point of where we at in our relationship, we’ve been together for seven years. We’ve been married for seven years. I don’t consider that we’re back together because the answer of getting back together is not a good night at the club.”
She continued, “We need to work on our communication. There’s things that he gotta work on. There’s things that I gotta work on. And I feel like until we work that out, I don’t feel like we’re back together. I feel like we love each other. We don’t want to throw it away, but I just feel like a night at the club doesn’t solve the issue.” Listen. You have plenty of money to see a therapist. Stop running online and dogging your husband if you’re only going to end up back up with him! Because unfortunately, no matter what he does, you’re the one who ends up looking like a fool.

The Song Nicki Minaj Refused to Perform
Cardi’s arch nemesis, Nicki Minaj, was also hired to perform in Miami for New Year’s Eve at Club E11EVEN, and when the DJ went to play “Starships” she ended up telling the crowd she wasn’t going to perform it, that she does not like the song at all. A song that did reach number 5 at the time it came out and went 9-times platinum. So, she’s still making money off of it.
